NETHERLANDS – BOUWGENIUS ACQUIRES SCHUTTE & ZWEERS PERSONNEL

Dutch construction staffing firm BouwGenius (Construction Genius) has acquired Schutte & Zweers Personnel Services BV.

BouwGenius, founded in 2001, is a national temporary and intermediary organisation that specializes in construction staffing. It is part of TecLine International, an international staffing organisation in the construction and engineering sector, with offices in the Netherlands and Germany.

Schutte & Zweers Personnel Services BV, founded in 2006 and located in Rijssen, is a staffing company specialising in executive personnel within the housing, road construction and civil engineering sectors. Co-founder Bennie Schutte will remain with the company after the acquisition.

Paul Muller, director of BouwGenius, commented that the acquisition will lead to a more efficient and better organisation.
